2. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made in advance, unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement. We offer flexible payment options, including monthly, quarterly, or upfront payment plans. All invoices are due upon receipt unless alternative terms have been mutually agreed upon. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your services with Social Bubbly at any time by providing a 30-day written notice. For subscription-based services, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the cycle. For one-time services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

All content created by Social Bubbly, including but not limited to social media posts, graphics, videos, and written materials, is owned by the client upon full payment. You are granted full usage rights to the content for any purpose. Social Bubbly retains the right to showcase any work produced for you in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our partnership, you agree to provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing requested materials may impact the delivery timeline of our services. You are also responsible for ensuring that all content you provide complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property rights.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, marketing plans, financial data, and other confidential information. Confidentiality obligations will remain in effect even after the termination of services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Social Bubbly provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results from our services, as social media performance can be influenced by factors beyond our control. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve your desired outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Bubbly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Bubbly, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination of Services

Social Bubbly reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Any prepaid fees for services not rendered will be refunded on a prorated basis.
